About Me

Whitney is an experienced higher education leader with 20 years of experience and expertise and a passion for student success, coaching, mentorship, and leadership development. As the Director of Student Success at the C.T. Bauer College of Business, she oversees strategic initiatives that enhance the academic and professional experiences of over 6,800 undergraduate business students. Additionally, she is an Adjunct Faculty Member, teaching first-year success courses.

She is a GALLUP® Certified Strengths Coach who is passionate about leading from within. Believing that leaning into our identities, values, and strengths makes us who we are and allows us to make an impact in all aspects of our lives, professionally, personally, and academically. 

Outside of work, Whitney loves spending time with her husband and two amazing kids. She enjoys indulging in shopping - because retail therapy is real for her. She is a nature enthusiast at heart including enjoying walks, gardening, and bird watching. She also loves to get lost in a great book and is always up for a meaningful coffee chat.
