About me

My name is Cara Green, and I currently serve as the Aquatics Program Director. With over 18 years of experience in the aquatics field, my journey began as a college lifeguard and has grown into a lifelong passion for leadership, safety, and student development.

Throughout my career, I have prioritized creating safe, inclusive, and engaging aquatic environments. My areas of expertise include risk management, staff training, and student leadership development—areas I believe are essential for building strong, empowered teams.

I am a certified Red Cross Instructor Trainer and a CliftonStrengths Coach, and I take pride in mentoring the next generation of aquatic professionals. Helping students grow, both personally and professionally, is at the heart of everything I do.
Whether leading a training session or designing new programs, I strive to foster a culture of excellence, responsibility, and continuous learning.
