Relationship Building

This domain is about the glue that holds teams together. Individuals strong in these themes build strong relationships that help groups become greater than the sum of their parts.

Strategic Thinking

People in this domain focus on what could be. They absorb and analyze information to help teams make better decisions and plan for the future.
