About Me

Cassandra Joseph was born and raised in Texas. She has worked at the University of Houston since 2005. Overall, her career in higher education has centered on working with and supporting student organizations, direct work in fraternity/sorority life, student development and growth, collaboration with on and off-campus partners, and team engagement and dynamics.

She became a certified CliftonStrengths Coach because she is passionate about helping students and professionals see their full potential and perform at the best of their ability, and know they are able to achieve anything they set their minds to through their Strengths.

She is very active in the community with her sorority, enjoys decorative paper planning, getting hot stone massages, shopping, and spending time with her family.
