Copy and Print Services has significantly expanded its in-plant capabilities with the installation of the Ricoh Pro C9500, now serving as its primary digital production printer.

“The spiral bind punch is a major time-saver,” Snelling added. “It punches pages inline, freeing up time in the bindery for coiling books.”
The C9500 is designed for ease of use, featuring a 21.5-inch full-color touchscreen with an integrated media setting system and customizable display options. Its dual ink bank system ensures uninterrupted printing—when one toner unit is depleted, the second takes over, allowing the operator to replace the depleted unit without halting production.
Multiple paper drawers can be loaded with the same stock, enabling automatic tray switching to maintain continuous operation.
