Elevator Unit 1: Currently out of service. The elevator power unit has failed. Replacement parts are needed for the repairs. Parts have been ordered. Repair end date moved to Feb. 27.

Elevator Unit 3: The unit shakes at times when reaching upper levels, but is safe to use and is in service. New pump has been ordered and will be addressed when parts arrive.

No outages reported at this time.

Elevator Unit 2: Down for modernization work. Work scheduled to end Nov. 14.

Elevator Unit 3: Currently out of service.

Elevator North Unit: Currently out of service as of Oct. 23.

North Elevator Unit 3: Currently out of service. Bad electronic board. Completion date is not known.

Elevator Unit 1: Down for repairs. Estimated completion date of Nov. 7.

 

Vehicle access is blocked off for University Drive from MLK Boulevard to the E. Cullen Building and is expected to last through 2026.
